Man charged with Felony DWI and 2nd-Degree Assault

Police say a man was headed eastbound on I-270 when he lost control of his 2001 Grand Prix and struck a 2000 Ford Explorer, causing it to roll over.

After being taken into custody by police, the man was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and 2nd-Degree Felony Assault.

You or a loved one may find yourself in a situation similar to this. When you do, a quality criminal defense attorney may be able to help. Often times law enforcement officers make mistakes when investigating these types of accidents. A good DWI and Criminal Defense Attorney may be to find these mistakes and make sure they don’t effect you negatively in court. A good lawyer may even be able to have charges dropped if enough mistakes were made by law enforcement.
