Leigh Hawk is a St. Louis criminal defense attorney. She represents clients in DWI, drug possession, assault, theft, and other serious criminal matters. She practices throughout the greater St. Louis metro area. She appears in court daily. She is skilled at suppression motions, litigation, and negotiation. She handles cases from the investigation phase through trial.
Leigh previously worked at as an Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Leigh is known for aggressive advocacy, meticulous trial preparation, and hands-on representation at every stage of the criminal process. She is admitted to practice in both Missouri and Pennsylvania.
Leigh earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review. During law school, she interned with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and participated in Villanova’s Immigration Legal Aid Clinic.
She received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating summa cum laude with a triple major in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Information Systems, a background that informs her analytical and methodical approach to criminal defense.
